Why do I keep screwing up?  It’s like I take the ball of yarn and tangle it up all by myself and then wonder why I can’t knit with it.

I jump to conclusions, get myself all worked up, burn bridges and then I realize the initial conclusion wasn’t just wrong, it was dead wrong.

I was in a reasonable relationship, but I kissed him off for some new guy with whom the chemistry seemed better.

I jumped into bed with him too fast, accused him of god awful things way too loudly and  scared him off completely.

Turns out he’s not guilty of making me itch, at all.  Mayb, in fact, he’s the cashmere I’ve been waiting for.

Or maybe the other half of that reasonable relationship was and I didn’t give his perfection time to emerge.

I don’t know.  I’m so confused.

And alone.

I think I’ll go knit.
